Step 1: Precise Placement of LED Chips on PCB Board
In the initial stage of production, we place the LED chips precisely on the PCB boards and produce them through flow machine. Once the production is complete, we immediately carry out a first test to ensure excellent LED chips soldering through machine welding!
Step 2: Circuit Board Connection and Second Test
After the LED chips were successfully placed on the PCB board, we used wires to connect the two boards together. The next step was to perform a second test, focusing on checking the firmness of the cable connection and the presence of any mummified weld between the wire and the PCB board.
Step 3: Case Assembly and Third Test
After completing the second step, we assemble the circuit board with the housing to form the final product form. Then, we conduct a third test to ensure that the assembled product meets high standards of performance and appearance.
Step 4: IP68 waterproof treatment and fourth test
After the completion of the third step, we carry out waterproof treatment on the back of the case by dropping transparent glue on the back of the case, which is highly resistant to oxidation, UV and yellowing, so as to ensure that the product reaches the IP68 waterproof level. After this step is completed, the final product is our finished product, then we will conduct the fourth test, through 24 hours aging test, to ensure that all the lights are still reliably lit after a long time of use. Our QC team checks each product individually to ensure its superior quality.
Final Inspection: Chip Inspection with Magnifying Glass
The final test is to inspect each chip through a magnifying glass for any cracks or damage. This meticulous step ensures that each fixture is carefully inspected for zero defects.
