1. How does the LED WiFi controller connect to my home WiFi network?

First of all, you need to search for Gouly lighting in Apple App Store or Google Play and download the app;
Then follow the guide in the app to enter the controller WiFi connection page, connect the controller to the same 2.4G WiFi network as your cell phone connection, so as to enter the pairing mode, usually wait for a little while for 2 minutes to be able to connect the pairing successfully;
Note: When connecting for the first time, your WiFi router and the controller need to be as close as possible during the connection process to get the maximum pairing signal to make the connection more likely to be successful.
2. My LED WiFi controller can't connect to my WiFi network, what should I do?

First of all, please make sure your WiFi network is a 2.4G network and is working properly;
Then check if the WiFi network that the mobile controller app is connected to is the same WiFi that your phone is connected to;
Then check if the logged in WiFi account and password are correct, you can also try to move your cell phone or device closer to the WiFi controller to get a better signal.;
Sometimes, restarting the WiFi controller and router can also solve the connection problem.
3. Can I control the LED lights without using WiFi?

Yes, you can, because our WiFi smart controller is a dual channel connection between WiFi and Bluetooth, the LED WiFi controller needs a WiFi connection to control it remotely, and you can also connect it via Bluetooth so that you can control it without WiFi.
4. Can I control the LED lights on multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, our WiFi smart controller supports multi-device sharing, as long as you have registered and used it on gouly lighting app, you can realize remote control on your initial account in the setting page on other devices.
5. How do I set the brightness and color of the LED lights?

6. My LED light does not respond to the control commands in the app, what should I do?

Sometimes, restarting the controller and the light can resolve communication issues. Also check that the app has been updated to the latest version.

Not all LED lights are compatible with all controllers, our led smart controllers support 15 IC types of common led on the market (including WS2811, UCS2904, UCS1903, TM1812, etc. For more information about the models, please check the WiFi controller parameter table in the product accessories). So before purchasing, please make sure the controller is compatible with the IC type of your LED lights.
10. Can I use multiple LED WiFi controllers to control LED lights in different zones?
