Quality Assurance Warranty

Moreover, the quality of every single product is supported by a manufacturing warranty. Do not hesitate to check with us the details for every type of product.

We would also like to highlight that our team inspects all the orders processed, offering total confidence to our clients through their purchase.

All our products are guaranteed for 3 years, which allows you to return any defective part for a replacement for up to 3 years from the date of original purchase on invoice.

  1. If any defect is discovered in materials and/or workmanship, which results in quality failure of the product.
  2. If the product is damaged through improper package or transportation.
  3. If the vinyl polymer coating crack or peel under normal and proper use.
  4. If the product break or corrode under normal and proper use.

Re: If the products are expected to be used in an awful or a corrosive environment, please make clear statements to us, thus we can make the products specially treated to meet your particular expectation.

The warranty is valid for all installations fulfilling the relevant norms and application requirements. The products shall be under usage of normal condition or as recommended in the manual.

Warranty Claim Procedures

1. Prepare and provide following information
1) Defective items (including part number and product name) and quantity
2) Description of the manufacturing defect
3) Proofs of defect, e.g. photos and videos
4) Original invoice issued by Gouly LED Limited
5) Date of purchase and, if already installed, date of installation

Our Customer Service Team will advise you on the next steps to complete your warranty claims.

Return Procedure

To obtain approval of product return to Gouly LED Limited, customer needs to follow our return procedures below:
1. Complete "Defective Return Form" or email service@Gouly LED Limited-lighting.com to obtain "Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number", "Authorized Shipping Account Number" and a shipping address label of Gouly LED Limited Return Center.
2. Indicate clearly the above "Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number" and "Authorized Shipping Account Number" on a tag attached on the return product and dispatch the product to the stated shipping address.
3. Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the center.
4. Once product is determined to be defective, we will replace or repair the product within seven working days.
Any return without authorization of Gouly LED Limited will not be accepted.

If return product is found to be damaged, missing parts, a minimum 17% restocking fee will be charged.
If return product is found to be non-damaged, the product will be returned to customer, at customer's expense, and a minimum 10% test fee of the product value will be charged.
